Founded by Michael Fortenberry, Poolside Builders brings over 15 years of experience in pool and spa construction to every project. A graduate of Sam Houston State University, Michael built his first pool in 2008, and since then, he’s been involved in every aspect of the pool-building industry. From digging and gunite to plumbing and design, Michael has hands-on expertise in all the trades, allowing him to personally manage every project and ensure the highest quality and precision from start to finish.

We’ll sit down with you to create a fully custom pool design tailored to your home and lifestyle. By the end of the meeting, you’ll have a clear plan and be ready to start turning your vision into reality.

PERMITS & APPROVALS
We handle the behind-the-scenes work. From city permits to HOA approvals, our team takes care of it all so you don’t have to.

BREAK GROUND & BUILD
Once everything’s approved, we get to work! Our experienced crew brings your backyard dreams to life with high-quality materials and precise attention to detail.

FINAL TOUCHES & POOL CARE
We make sure every tile, jet, and feature is just right. Then, we walk you through everything you need to know to keep your pool in top shape. If you'd rather leave the upkeep to the pros, we offer ongoing pool maintenance to ensure your pool stays pristine.

GET POOLSIDE
Most pools are completed in 6–8 weeks, which means you’ll be poolside before you know it! Time to relax, entertain, and enjoy your brand-new backyard getaway.
